Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds Policy

IMMEDIATE CHANGE OF SIZE OR COLOR

Should you wish to change the size, color, or variant of your order, you may do so by sending us an email on the same day that you made your order.

Example: Orders made on Monday may still be changed if you send an email on that same day.  Orders can no longer be changed once it's Tuesday, 12:01 AM.  You may try to do so, but there is no guarantee that your order can still be changed.

 

RETURNS, EXCHANGES, AND REFUNDS

Orders made incorrectly by the buyer and orders that upon receipt do not fit the size of the buyer

  • Orders made incorrectly by the buyer is a case where the buyer is expecting a different size, color, or variant from the order that he/she has entered into the system. This is most likely a mistake on the buyer's part. In this case, we will provide you a screenshot of the original order.
  • Orders that do not fit upon receipt is a case where the buyer is aware of the size he/she ordered into our system, receives the item of the same size, but does not fit him/her upon wearing.
  • For both cases, the replacement procedure is the same.
  • The item may be replaced only ONCE. The procedures are detailed below:
    1. Inform us via email.  Subject should be ATTENTION: REPLACEMENT.
    2. Item must be sent by the buyer via LBC to us. The address can be found attached to the pouch/box of the delivered item.
    3. Buyer will have to handle the shipping fee of sending the item back to us.
    4. Send us an email (support@shopbuddyphilippines.com) of the invoice issued by LBC.
    5. Once we receive the item in good condition, we will send you the replacement.  We will still offer free shipping.

 

Orders that are defective or different from the buyer's order

  • Defective items are those which have cracks or have detached pieces. Loose threads and folds do not count as defect.
  • Orders that are different from the buyer's order is a case where the received item is different from what the buyer entered into our system.
  • We are sorry if we make this mistake.  The buyer has 3 choices if this happens.
    • Item replacement
    • Refund
    • 30% discount on next purchase
  • Should the buyer opt for a replacement, please follow the procedures below:
    1. Inform us via email.  Subject should be ATTENTION: WRONG ITEM.
    2. Item must be sent by the buyer via LBC to us. The address can be found attached to the pouch/box of the delivered item.
    3. Buyer will have to temporarily handle the shipping fee of sending the item back to us.
    4. Send us an email (support@shopbuddyphilippines.com) of the invoice issued by LBC.  Also, inform us on what bank or payment center should we refund the shipping fee.
    5. Once we receive the item in good condition, we will send you the replacement.  We will still offer free shipping.
  • Should the buyer opt for a refund, please follow the procedures below:
      1. Inform us via email.  Subject should be ATTENTION: WRONG ITEM.
      2. Item must be sent by the buyer via LBC to us. The address can be found attached to the pouch/box of the delivered item.
      3. Buyer will have to temporarily handle the shipping fee of sending the item back to us.
      4. Send us an email (support@shopbuddyphilippines.com) of the invoice issued by LBC.  Also, inform us on what bank or payment center should we refund the shipping fee and the price of the item.
      5. Once we receive the item in good condition, we will send you the refund.  Please note that there is a processing fee that will be deducted from the refunded amount. This is due to the shipping fee that we covered and the manpower from the original order and the refund processing itself.
      • Should the buyer opt for a 30% discount on his/her next purchase, please follow the procedures below:
        1. Inform us via email.  Subject should be ATTENTION: WRONG ITEM.
        2. We will send you a discount code that you can use to have 30% off on your next order.
